SaferWholesale - Golf Cart Purchase Experience
My experience with saferwhole.com was sub par. I did not receive my golf cart until 7 weeks after I initially purchased it.
I was told that it would be delivered to my house in 2-3 weeks after my purchase. When I called into customer service, sales, or tracking, the people were just simply RUDE!!!!!! They clearly did not want to be bothered with my simple questions. I wanted to know the status of my order.
I was even told to call in a certain day (Saturday) by the salesman, so I did. And the man that answered on the weekend was not helpful and very condescending. I finally called into the tracking people to figure out where my golf cart was and they said an email was sent 2 days prior. I went through all my emails and I did not receive a single email about tracking.
I only received emails for the purchase order and warranty. I proceeded to tell the man that I had not received any email and he said that I did 2 days prior. I tried to dispute that and his response was, "Well, that is just not true!" Now, I am a physician. I know how to navigate through my emails.
I would never talk down to or treat people this way. Overall, my purchasing experience was not a pleasant one.
I would recommend another company for purchasing any item from saferwholes.com.
