I purchased a Beemer sidecar in June 2018 from Saferwholesale. I was told the item was on backorder until August. The sidecar came in the in beginning of October from India.

These are my complaints:

1-Sidecar came in black, not OD green, which I paid extra for

2-Sidecar came with no extra tire, which I paid extra for

3-Sidecar came with no installation instructions

4-Missing sidecar cover

5-Came with slight paint damage

22 days later I have received no refund for the paint job, no instructions, no extra tire, and no sidecar cover.

I do not recommend purchasing from this company.

Looks like you were lucky. I purchased one in Australia and it had many problems.

I too had custom paint, but apart from some scratches due to they way packed it. Set out below is the list of problems. Inder sidecarI have written ti INDER but no reply/. The imprter replaced the guard, but it cam the same with same problems.

INDER HAS A QUALITY CONTROL PROBLEM. THEY DO NOT IMPROVE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ONE. Comments Unpacked the sidecar on 14th January 2017 Packinginside of box was a piece of wood attached to both sidesof wooden boxThis is to help stabilised the side car.Problem is that there is no packing between wood and sidecar.Result paint rubs off.

Rear DoorAt first it appeared that the rear door does not fit.The distance between the left side and right is noticeable. This appears to be caused by the metal brace/piece above the lock.It appears to be too long and is causing the left sideTo be bent outwards. Also other parts of the side could be shaped better InstructionsNo instructions included WheelThe wheel does not fit on the axle. The axle appears to be very tight on the bearing spacer.Even polishing the axle with wire wool did not helpToo tight tolerances for the fitting.Had to take off Guard to even get wheel to line up.SuggestionCheck that axel and wheel fit perfectly before leavingfactory. (with guard on)Worry if wheel is forced on then it may not come off.Fixed as paint on axle removed and now going on.The castelated bolt does not line up with the hole in theaxle.A press metal cap is included for split pin to stop metal capunwinding. Not sure if it will stop the axle bolt from moving.Bearings don't feel new and Eurobrit have australianones at extra price.Told that cannot get taper bearings.Suggestion change bearings every 5000km.Instructions from EUROBRITWheel and guard must be put on together. When I get a puncture in the summer at 40 plus degreesI most probably will not put the guard back onBut wait there is moreI will have to disconnect the wires to the lights and reconnect them. Will try to solve this problem FITTING WHEEL FOR FIRST TIMEIt would not go on.Guard too low.Even undoing the bottom shocker arm was tried. But should I have to do this on side of road.Took off guard and managed to put wheel on.Could not put guard on whilst wheel on axle. The bolts were round the wrong way and shouldhave been done so the nut was on the wheel side. Was suggested that I put in a threaded bar.But this is 2017 and I thought all of the bugswould have been found .So we took the box off and reversed the boltsThe bar is 12mm and the hole at back is 10mm.Perhaps a threaded tube may be the answer.Made up 2 sets of brackets to lift guardWheel now comes off easily. One set straight and the other with a kink. But wheel still very close to wheel so further adjustment needed. But with guard higher it vibrates so aneed for 3rd brace point. Light on guardNo forward facing white light/yellow as per VIC roadsRegulationsThe web site shows one as standard.but not at frontWith roadworthy standards in VictoriaWhy is a white or yellow light not standard.Wonder if double filament bulb can do?Not sure if one amber indicator light facing both backand forward on the guard is legal. The brackets on the guard are on the wrong side and makes wiring difficultThese are the brackets that hold the wireThe reflector on the guard should be a light. Sidecar brake. The brake fits but the securing bolt sits against the bracketthis is despite there being a hex space on the aluminiumcastingBut as the support is threaded cannot put a bolt into socketAs a brake is compulsory then why not supply a hand operatedlever of some sort. The brake must be activated whilst sitting on the bike.Found a lever hope it can work. Will sort this out as project progresses.Started to install brake cable. The cable ends (chrome) does not fit in the hollow bolton the side car.It is too big or the adjuster bolt too small. The other end is OKtried brake but it did not return to normal position. So put and external spring and brake works well.So are springs in side the brake too weak or someother problem. The problem was the tolerances on the brake shaft were too closeSolved by reaming out the hole BoltsWhat can I say. Most bolts not long enough to protude beyond nut..The quality is poor and we rethreaded some of them. Some bolts did not even reach the nylock. Will replace all bolts after set up finished.Whilst the larger bolts were mostly shortThe ones that bolted down the side car were miles too long.

Shock absorber. This runs on a swing ark and will work OK.But when looking at it without the body on it wason a lean towards the frame. Thus the top washer did not fit perfectly and a gapcould be seen. When undoing the bolt at top the shocker seemed tospring outward (away from Body as the rubbers relaxed. So made a spacer to straighten it up.Purchased a longer bolt as original too short.Lower shocker bolt also too short. The guard without the risers above hit thetop of the shockasorber. Now to put guard back on and find way to fit wheelProbably why it was on an angle Universal fitting kit. BracketsComes with different size u shaped brackets.Much better if we could specify the size as thelarger ones will not be used as frame only fits smaller. But they are not very good, too hard to adjust. The 18mm machined fixing bolts have different standardsSome have threads down the full length of the bolt.Others are about 5mm short. Thus when putting the bracket together round the frame itdoes not beacome tight.Take the lock nut off and it wll.Looked at another set and they were all short threadedDecided not to use more frame spacers but make own brackets Tube spacers attached to black metal barsThese wonderful bolts with U shaped heads are lovelyfor adjustment. However one had the distance from thebase of the Uto the hole about 3 mm shorter than the other 3.This means that when attaching the spacer bolt there is noadjustment. It only moves about 5 Degrees from straight.Others OK The adjuster spacer fitting bolts. Why are all of these different? Some are actually useless and must be re threaded toBe able to fit.Is it designed for ENFIELD not others so is notuniversal?Need to be able to specify what type of bolts. They are very costly when buying one at a time.We should have an exchange.Looking at another fitting set it had different boltsto those supplied with the sidecar. SALES STAFF COMMENTSNo one else complains. We sell plenty of these no problemsWhen complaining about bolts not long enoughto reach nylock, was told "you got nylocks"It's only a universal fitting kit - what do you expectWhen commenting on the angle of the shockerwas told all like that. But did they understand that the shocker position I wastalking about was not the swing arm but a sidewayslean towards the body.Staff did try to help with adjuster bolts but I cracked itas I was fed up.

Aluminium fitted to front of side car bodyThese are different .When looking at the front they are started at different spacing fromtop body..So from the front the rivets are not horizontal. It looks daggy.

OVERALL COMMENTSAll of the above with the exception of the parkbrake lever could be fixed with a little care andquality control. It need not cost more but better planning andpride in product is necessary. Will I keep the sidecar.Yes but it will be better if the manufacturer replaced it.I did expect a better product. I am disappointedI should not have to redesign a product that is shipped world wide Rear light. The plastic black fitting has only a bay15s (1156) fittingIt should have a Bay15d (1157) double filamentThere was no bulb Photo'sAttached for proof of problems Screen and cover still in box hope I do not get a surprise WHAT I DO NOT KNOWAre my problems a combination of the items belowBAD DESIGNorBAD MANUFACTUREorLACK OF HELP/knowledge FROM IMPORTERorLACK OF INSTRUCTIONS FROM MANUFACTURER
