approx 6 weeks ago we ordered a trike online. they immediatly called to get all our info. I had to pay over $300 dollars for shipping. Since then we haven't heard a word from them. No tracking, no emails and when we go online no evidence of any transaction at all..

Loss of money, did not get what I was promised . Paint damage also.

Worse company. I paid almost $ 12000.00 for a custom golf cart. Ordered all safety equipment. Street level kit which you sold me, added seat belts and extra mirrors to make it street legal. Said it would be 9-to 11 weeks for delivery. It was 5 months with me pushing all the way. Said they would get me Vin # for title. Called me said they couldnt get me a Vin # for that unit. Would not tell me who the manufacture is. Sooooo When I called they would yell at me and hang up. What a poor business. Lesson learned.

Preferred solution: Refund, did not get a title as they promised, now it’s not street legal after I was promised. I added all safety which you sold me. No way to treat people should be treated. Scam,fraud.

My linhai atv was delivered without a battery. I called saferwholesale and a rep told me that some atvs were delivered without a battery and informed me that I need to fill out a form and take pictures. How do I take a picture of a missing battery? If I wanted to cheat ( if a battery did come with the atv) I could take a picture of an empty space where the battery should go. its been 26 days from the date of my purchase and my item has not been shipped yet. I do not understand the delay. i paid a lot of money apon sale seems like after they got my money they have not been in any hurry to get my trike kit to me. i dont think i will be buying anything else from them. So if you want something in a reasnable time you need to shop somewhere else.

i recieved my package and it was damaged in tenneesee , i have the email exception notice but they delivered it anyway. the contents ere damaged so much they are unusable.

i contacted the seller and they said they would not take them back.

they said they would send replacements but i have heard nothing from them. i know they exspect me to just except the damaged trike kit whitch cost me $2500.00

I should have read all of these reviews before I purchased, my husband told me not to do it and I the devoted mother wanted to see my son smile, this has been a complete nightmare. When they are selling it to you, they are all over it, but when you receive that friendliness is over!!

The 110cc ATV came damaged they said all of these things about not refusing it which we did at first but they talked us back into this piece of crap!! Parts are damaged and its still not working, I sent them pictures of whats damaged because they say they would just send us the parts, almost two weeks later and they are telling me my pictures or my email isnt clear or they dont have enough information, I have a feeling this will go on and on through the warranty so they dont have to fix it, calling them now is a complete and total nightmare, they are rudest, and most unempathetic people I have ever in my life dealt with. Nobody will own the issues and just get the ATV fixed. Now I not only have a non working Christmas gift that was nearly $800, I have an upset husband that I even purchased it in the first place and a kid that said Im over it, just send it back.

These people are disgusting and nobody should purchase from them, I am pissed I didnt see that they lost their accreditation from the BBB from so many complaints.

So this isnt even an accredited business. Stay away and purchase from someone else.

I wish I would have known... I just received my cart.

I ordered a fully assembled mini and it came missing pieces!! I called customer service for some help and I got this rude person that told me to call the parts department... she was customer service you would think she would of helped or maybe taken my info and helped the situation. Not professional at all.

I spent a lot of cash up front and you did not deliver what I ordered... not happy at all with this company!!!

put the first of my two trikes i received yesterday, together. filled up with gas, and have been listening to the starter turn over,and over ,and over never once firing ,WHY???

Absolute horrible customer service. Complete liars. Sent me a damaged product. When I refused the shipment from ups due to damage, they said no problem we will send you another then I got an email they are giving me a partial refund. They claimed it wasnt damaged. Just the box. Now they are trying to charge me 800$ for shipping it back when I never even got it off the truck. Funny thing is my original receipt shows 270 for shipping . What a scam.

Financed two ATVs One is a 125 cc they put me in some kind a loan they never sent me the documentation correctly it ended up paying double the payment when arguing with them they finally corrected which quad financed they had the wrong one down The 200cc Makes a funny noise after driving it for about 10 minutes once it heats up and then it stops running and then the 125cc The bearings had went out within two months after purchasing it or financing it should I say and it took them going back-and-forth to finally get them to send it to me and they were telling me that I was already passed my warranty but then they sent it to me finally my email is Letcarolb76@***.com.. once ordered theyre good after that theyre rude

Ordered an electric trike and it came a week later than promised. When it was opened it was obvious the unit had been partially assembled and some parts were put on backwards. After fixing these items I installed the batteries and imagine that, they were defective and would not hold a charge. This company is like a shady e-bay that sells other persons crap. They don't answer the phone and refuse to accept the defective product back without a huge "re-stocking" fee. Straight up thieves.

UNSURE what to do @ this point!!!!???

I'm 'WAITNG' for funds to possibly building an access PAD in front of the 'boat shed/garage' to get the proper traction I NEED to successfully use the item purchased from Saferwholesale as their 'return' amount were/are absurd including a 'restocking FEE of $400.00!!!!!! &;; a FEE of delivery $210.00 & a return delivery charge of $210.00!!!!! NOT to mention additional 'paperwork from/to carrier'!!
