I paid for an Atlas 300cc thru saferwholesale with a live customer service rep and have no idea to this date (20 business days) after the date of purchase. Seems I cannot get anyone to give me an answer regarding when I can expect to get the bike.

Customer service puts me on hold for several minutes at a time till I get tired of waiting, then I call them back and they do the same thing all over again...put me on hold. They are not knowledgeable of anything except what they are selling. What happens after the sale appears to be not their problem but that of customer service between 10am and 4pm CST, M-F. I have not been able to talk to anyone in customer service in 3 attempts.

I recommend to anyone not to buy from this company. I am pissed.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I liked: Product and price.

I didn't like: Customer support.
