First problem was them not keeping the bill to and the ship to address straight.When i realized the 2 mopeds we bought were going to the wrong address i called right away.
Was told there was nothing they could do about it. I did not give up because this was NOT my error and finally they changed address to the correct one for me. Thought all my problems were done, WRONG! Finally after 3 weeks they were delivered, or should i say 1 was delivered.
Called them up and they have no idea were the second moped went to!! " let us check into it and i will give you a call right back" needless to say, i am still waiting for that call back. Last time i called there i was on hold for more than an hour. If it was not for it costing over $1600 i would just say screw it.
So sick and tired of thier ***!!!They were really quick about taking my money but after that........they suck
