Had a real bad experience with there so called do it yourself harley trike kit
I recieved the product on 9/7/24 the directions they sent with the kit were so *** that even a mechanic wouldn't touch it, the product was made very cheaply and was told not to use it for safety reasons. I called the company on 9/9/24 and was told on the receipt they sent me hrs after they charged my credit card $2,500 that it said on the receipt it was non refundable this should of been disclosed at the time of sale beings I was on the phone with a sales rep.
If I had known in advance that I couldn't return the product I would of near Givin them $2,500 of free money.
I would of done more research and ordered from some place that backs there product with a refundable option, I feel this is fraudulent activity and there actually stealing people's money. I have made a complaint to the BBB in hopes they can help me resolve this bad business practices and get my money back because $2,500 is alot to lose, i wouldn't ever buy anything from this company again or recommend this company to anyone.
Very poor quality. Nothing matches up to to install
Purchased. Tried to install ver poor quility.
I had to fabricate my own brackets and cut weld on the trike frame. Got done with all supports now it leans to the left and all my measurements are exactly on both sides.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I called them and advised that I had contested payment, filed a complaint with BBB, the Interstate Commerce Commision, and Pissed off.
I said that it would be eaier to resolve the problem ourselves. After listening to a few minutes of his ranting, I asked if he wanted to argue or settle the matter.
He retorted: "I'm not arguing.' I foumd that a chuckle. We then discussed the issues and he agreed to what I was asking.
I agreed to pick it up for a refund of $150.00. They are now offering me $50.00 even though it would cost them well in excess of the $150.00 for a tailgate delivery and a 55-mile trip. The machine came partially assembled, with no indication that it was not complete. The battery was dead.
The carburetor leaks. They're willing to send me a new one, but no one to install it.
I've contested the credit card purchase, contacted the Better Business Bureau, and the Interstate Commerce Commission. i called them and now they're willing to settle the matters fairly.

I ordered the classic side car and received the old school, called them the same day, filled up the form as they requested then I called the second day they asked me to email pictures of the side car, I did as they requested then I called them the third day and I was ignored and given the run around they never emailed me back or called I gave up and called my credit card company to dispute the purchase and have them deal with them. The car is scrached at the bottom the finish of the interior is poorly made the brackets dont match with the bolts and to put it together you need to drill holes and have a machine shop cut some parts to fit the bike so now Im stuck with a car that is mismatch with my bikes color and needs a lot of work to fit it

I bought my son a brand new 50 cc dirt bike,
Good thing I tested it before my 8 year old son road it, cuz it leaked gas, exhaust pipe is falling off, front fender screws came off, front tire turned in on me cuz was lose and I flipped over the handle bars and seriously injured myself! Then called them to resolve and meet in the middle and he was extremely rude and not helpful nor cared at all!!! We should all file to the better business bureau and sue this place!!!

Bought a bike on Oct 21, they told me it would be delivered on Nov 4. Payed for setup, delivery.
Called them on nov 4, they told me that they didn't work on holidays, (Called Halloween a holiday). Called 3 more times and kept getting the run around on delivery date. All I wanted was a shipping date.
So on Nov13, still no bike or date I canceled the purchase. Do not deal with these people

I purchased on line in April and no further contact from the company other than a written thank you for purchase and a legal language attempting to remove them from all responsibility. After many phone calls and emails they finally tried to deliver the ATV two months later.
Wasn't successful because the lift gate on the truck was too small so they took it away. After many phone calls they finally made a second attempt a month or so later. The ATV arrived with the top canopy completely ripped to shreds. The driver wanted me to dispose of the pallets & framing, offered no explanation of the ATV's condition, including hanging wires, missing screws.
Afterwards, when I put gasoline in it, IT WOULD NOT START. After many calls and little care or concern from "SAFERWHOLESALE", I was sent a new canopy and subsequently a new carburator in the mail - REALLY!
After spending $500 to replace Carb - "SAFER WHOLESALE" refused to reimburse me. I said meet me half way @ $250 and the answer was NO.

Still waiting. Lisa said parts would be coming in a month.they should have parts on the shelf for everything thing they sell to cover what they say on their website about parts being available
So my wife and I drove the 70miles on 3-7-2022 to their warehouse in New Lenox illinois.
Talked with Lisa she said Jon no longer takes phone calls (excuse) she would call us the next day.That never happened.A week later my wife called and talked to Lisa.Now she says the parts will be here in a month.Please don't buy anything from them

My elderly father with vision issues bought a Critter Electric Tricycle preassembled and delivered ready to go. It was delivered with no operation instructions.
We called and were uncaringly told there were none in print or online. We were directed to web videos for assembly and a man riding in circles with no information given.
The bike was assembled wrong according to the online instructions and not knowing about the auto power assist my father was hurt trying to figure it out. Where is governmental oversight when you do need it?

I bought the chopstick moped for $1100 for my mothers 70th birthday in September and it is now October 22 and it has never ran. I called several times spoke with John the parts manager and he refuses to give me a supervisors name told me if it is public knowledge then I should go find it myself they are disgusting! Do not buy!!!

I purchased a scooter for my mother for her 70th birthday in September for $1100 specifically the chopstick and it is now October 22 and this thing has never run Jon the manager in the parts department is so rude and disrespectful it is unbelievable he refuses to give me a superiors name tell me if it is common knowledge than to go find it myself. Dont buy anything from these people

well I was fooled. Saferwholesale paid me the $150.00 that they originally offered to pick up the excavator and agreed to pay to have the Excavoators carburetor replaced.
the cost was Slightly over $300.00. Now they want to reimburse me $200.00. I'm thinking about finding an attorney and starting a federal Class action suit for unethical business practices.
I beleive there are sufficient disatisfied customers on this site and others to initiate the lawsuit. Please tell me your thoughts on the subject.
I think my dad and I might want to join in your lawsuit, if you decide to do it.
