I had a question about a GoKart on their site it said that it had 3 speeds plus reverse so I thought that it had a slow medium and a fast speed + reverse I couldn't believe how rude and ignorant he was on the phone basically calling me *** because I read the misleading advertisement and when I asked him if he was calling me *** his reply was TRUTH HURTS I have delt with poor customer service before but this by far the worst experience in customer service that I have ever seen I will never buy anything from their site

I apologize for your experience with our company. Our salesmen are very motivated to make sales and sometimes when they feel a customer is not in the market for an immediate purchase they may be rather short on the phone.

This is not something that should ever happen and I am sure is an isolated issue, but either way I do apologize. It is unfortunate we could not earn your business.
